We are scientists, engineers, and business leaders with decades of experience delivering full-stack AI and industry-specific solutions. Across our team, we hold 3 PhDs, have led AI/ML efforts at scale, and have built systems used in mission-critical environments around the world.

Our backgrounds span companies at the forefront of AI and enterprise innovation—Intel, Palo Alto Networks, IBM, Cadence, Ericsson, AT&T, Allianz, Mellon Capital, and more. From developing next-gen edge/cloud systems to designing cybersecurity frameworks and deploying intelligent infrastructure, we’ve been there, done that—and learned how to do it better.

We’ve also served in public and defense sectors—from the Greek Army’s cyber defense unit to leading security analytics at Fortune 100 companies. Together, we’ve not only built the tech stack—we’ve defined it.

Founder & CEO

Deepak Rana

A business/technology leader, Deepak has 30+ years of track record of leading products from ideation to market success (0-to-1-to-100 technology cycles – Computer Vision, PowerPC, HDTV, Optical Networking, SDN/NFV, and AI in Cybersecurity), at Palo Alto Networks, Intel, Ericsson, AT&T, AMD, and IBM. He led 450-people global teams and built and launched 30+ products in Edge/cloud, AI, Networking, Optical, HPC, and HDTV, generating $3B+ in revenues. He also led or played key roles in 40+ M&As and strategic investments ($2B+ value). He founded two startups, raised $25M and had one successful exit. Deepak holds a PhD in Computer Vision and AI.

Strategy

Steven Tael

With over 25 years of experience in portfolio management, business development, investment modeling, and systems development, Steve has held leadership roles at Allianz Global Investors, Mellon Capital Management, and Bank of America. As CIO of Affinicorp USA, he managed the firm’s IT infrastructure and operations. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from SUNY Stony Brook and is a CFA Charterholder, combining deep analytical expertise with strategic financial insight.

Principal Engineer

George Xenos

Brings deep expertise in threat intelligence, malware analysis, anomaly detection, and Federated ML. His experience in the Greek Army’s cyber defense department included cyber infrastructure, SOC operations, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation. He developed a sandbox for zero-day attacks, now used by public institutions in the EU, and contributed to the design of an experimental SOC. George has published scholarly papers on malware detection and Federated ML and holds a BS and an MS from the University of Patras.

Aud Fjellvang

An accomplished business administration professional with over 20 years of experience, including international expertise, Aud specializes in optimizing operations for start-ups and high-tech companies. She previously spent a decade as an administrator at a 401(k) corporation, overseeing compliance testing, reporting, and client management for 40 clients. Aud holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, bringing a strong foundation in finance and strategic operations to her work.

A visionary entrepreneur and physicist with a background in computer science, Axel studied at the University of Kiel before embarking on a career at the forefront of semiconductor technology and AI. As the Founder and CEO of Abacus Semiconductor Corporation, he has pioneered advancements in HPC and AI, including the development of AI-enhanced security processors. Axel’s drive to challenge conventional thinking has fueled his success across multiple startups, research initiatives, and advisory roles, where he continues to push the boundaries of innovation and shape the future of computing.

Now Vice President of Business Development at Ventana Micro Systems, Marc has held senior leadership roles at Imagination Technologies, Arm, Qualcomm, and IBM—where he led the rollout of advanced security technologies, content protection frameworks, and high-performance compute solutions, shaping the infrastructure behind modern computing.

A leading voice in enterprise workflow transformation, Dinesh Kumar brings over 25 years of experience helping organizations optimize business-IT alignment through strategic planning, architecture design, and capability-driven operations. As CTO at Mitovia and Principal at the Innovation Value Institute, he has developed frameworks for improving enterprise processes, portfolio management, and secured business operations. Dinesh also teaches digital innovation and technology management at Stevens Institute of Technology, blending academic insight with real-world impact across large-scale enterprise environments.
